A body of artwork created over the months of January and February 2019 in a small cottage on a dairy farm in Interlaken, New York....
This body of work was inspired by the cantankerous energies of Venus and the Sun in Scorpio during October 2018 and all the watery waves of emotion it stirred into swells...It is about cultivating healthy boundaries around the gorgeous, glittery-goo give-and-receive mystery machine that is the human heart...it is about learning to recognize one’s own energy and protect it as precious...This body of work was inspired by the nature of water as it ripples through humans as blood and emotion...It is about knowing when to be swept out to sea and swallowed by the swelling surges...and when to surrender to the melancholic seasick of broken-heartedness...
